Returns & Exchange Policy

We stand behind everything we supply and are committed to providing excellent service. So, if you experience any issues with quality of performance, we will make it right.


We will exchange or refund all items which are:


Non-Decorated items, Equipment & Accessories

  • Returned to us within 14 days with original receipt of the item. After 14 days you will no longer be able to return your order for a refund*
  • Up to 28 days (from date of dispatch) you can return you items for an exchange providing it is returned to us in perfect condition, with its original packaging, labels attached, and it is unlaundered.
  • *In-Store Purchases: Have to be returned within 7 days with original till receipt.


Schools, Colleges & Club Shops

  • Orders are accepted as final.
  • Up to 28 days (from date of dispatch) you can return you items for an exchange providing it is returned to us in perfect condition, with its original packaging, labels attached, and it is unlaundered.
  • We cannot accept returns, exchange, or give refunds on items which are personalised in any way.

Sublimated / Bespoke Items : As these are custom made no returns or refunds will be given. This does not affect your consumer rights. T & C’s Apply.

Please Note: As these orders are a bespoke order, we cannot accept returns, we can only accept exchanges. Sorry.


Bundle Packs

Our bundle packs are a way of our customers saving some money. For us to honour the bundle prices, the exchanges/returns rules are stated below.

If you have purchased a bundle pack and certain items do not fit. You will need to re - order single items. You will then be refunded (once we received the items back to us and we have received the new order) the items at the discounted bundle price - not the price of items sold separately. 



Your statutory rights are not affected.



We currently cannot exchange items if they are sent back to us so please send the goods that you would like to return and pop a note in the package saying what you would like us to do with the items. Please place another order online with the items and quantities you would like.

You may also return/exchange items in person to our shop. If not, please return the items to the following address.

Bear in mind that there may be slight delays during busy periods or if something is personalised.


We'll refund your item via your original payment method.

We try our best to process all refunds within 48 hours of receipt, however during busy periods allow 7- 10 working days for your refund.

We will (where applicable) refund reasonable postage costs up to the value of £5.99 if there is a fault found with an item. Please contact us via e-mail on

(Terms and Conditions apply. Any refunds will be made after goods have been received and inspected. Proof of postage required. )


If you find a fault with your item, please contact our friendly customer services team on 01780 239042 or email who can help and advise the best way to deal with it.

Faulty items should be returned must be in a clean and dry condition. Any items which are not in a clean, dry and hygienic condition will be returned to the customer.

Please enclose all your details and a covering note explaining the fault and any other useful details.

We'll try to get back to you within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel, although during busy periods this may take slightly longer.

Where a fault is found, we'll refund your reasonable return postage costs.

Occasionally, if we're struggling to locate a fault, we may request a second opinion from the product manufacturer.

Your statutory rights are not affected.




All KitmanUK products are warranted to the original owner against faulty materials or work personship for 28 days from the date of purchase. We repair or replace at our discretion. This warranty in no way limits your protection under relevant consumer protection legislation.


If you have a warranty enquiry please pack up the product, include full contact details, a description of the problem and proof of purchase if available, and return it to us directly. The returned product will have to be scrupulously, meticulously and immaculately clean otherwise our staff will not touch them, and we'll have to send them back to you. We will assess the product, determine if it is a warranty issue and either perform the repair, send a replacement or contact you to discuss further options.
