Returns & Exchange Policy
We stand behind everything we supply and are committed to providing excellent service. So if you experience any issues with quality of performance, we'll make it right.
We'll exchange or refund all items which:
Are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, you will no longer be able to return your order.
Are returned in perfect condition, with their original packaging, with the labels attached and unlaundered.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS WHICH ARE PERSONALISED IN ANYWAY.
HOW TO RETURN
Returns postage is the responsibility of the customer and we suggest using a tracked mail service as we cannot accept liability for any missing items.
Please do not tape or mark the product packaging. The original shipping charge will not be refunded.
Your delivery will contain a Thank You card with information regarding your order. Please pop a note on the original invoice of what you would like us to do. eg. exchange or refund. This will help us to ensure we process your return quickly and efficiently.
Please send the goods that you would like to return and pop a note in the package saying what you would like us to do with the items. Please place another order online with the items and quantities you would like and please give us a call or email to refund the items that you originally placed. Please let us know the original order number and also the new order number.
You may also return items in person to our shop. If not, please return the items to the following address.

When returning your item, remember to include the code and size of your replacements, plus the appropriate postage fee.
We'll despatch your replacements to the UK mainland postal address specified as soon as possible.
We'll turn around your exchange as quickly as we can and subject to stock availability, aim to despatch your replacements within 48 hours of receiving your return.
Bear in mind that there may be slight delays during busy periods or if something is personalised.
We'll refund your item via your original payment method.
We try our best to process all refunds within 48 hours of receipt, however during busy periods allow 7- 10 working days for your refund.
We will (where applicable) refund reasonable postage costs up to the value of £4.99 if there is a fault found with an item. Please contact us via e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org

Faulty items should be returned must be in a clean and dry condition. Any items which are not in a clean, dry and hygienic condition will be returned to the customer.
Please enclose all your details and a covering note explaining the fault and any other useful details.
We'll try to get back to you within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel, although during busy periods this may take slightly longer.
Where a fault is found, we'll refund your reasonable return postage costs.
Occasionally, if we're struggling to locate a fault, we may request a second opinion from the product manufacturer.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
All KitmanUK products are warranted to the original owner against faulty materials or work personship for 28 days from the date of purchase. We repair or replace at our discretion. This warranty in no way limits your protection under relevant consumer protection legislation.
If you have a warranty enquiry please pack up the product, include full contact details, a description of the problem and proof of purchase if available, and return it to us directly. The returned product will have to be scrupulously, meticulously and immaculately clean otherwise our staff will not touch them, and we'll have to send them back to you. We will assess the product, determine if it is a warranty issue and either perform the repair, send a replacement or contact you to discuss further options.
PLEASE NOTE: All club shop orders are deemed as a bespoke order and therefore have the following terms attached:
- Orders are accepted as final
- Orders can be ammended within 7 days of being placed with no charge or cancelled for a full refund
- Orders placed within 24 hours may be changed for a different size if this has been agreed between the school/college/club and KitmanUK
- Orders over 14 days can be cancelled if no decoration has taken place but will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge
- Orders placed over 28 days, no refund or exchange is possible.
- All collections and deliveries require a signature and a proof of purchase.
- Collections will be held for up to 8 weeks, if no collection after 8 weeks, your order will go back into stock and will result in a handling charge of 25%.
