Delivery & Returns
We try and send out your order within 10 working days due to the personalized nature of our goods. Deliveries will be made on Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). On some occasions it can take longer due to certain circumstances. We will do our best to keep you updated with any delays.
Your order will be dispatched, depending on postal area, either by our chosen courier company or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Delivery is free on orders containing only gift vouchers.
For UK deliveries sent via our chosen courier company the goods will be delivered between the hours of 8am to 5pm. The courier company will require a signature upon receipt. If there is nobody to take delivery of your parcel you will be left a calling card, where it is then your responsibility to rearrange a delivery, you cannot change to a new delivery address without our permission as our courier company will ask us for approval. So it's advisable to have your goods sent to your work place, which you can do so at the checkout where you have an option to add an alternative delivery address.
We only deliver to the postal delivery address you have entered on your order, we cannot leave goods in other locations outside the address including porches, sheds, garages or hidden in any other locations. If you decide to amend the delivery location once you have received a confirmation email or text from our chosen courier company it is then your responsibility if the item goes missing. We are only responsible for goods signed for by a person at the postal delivery address. Please be advised that anyone at your postal delivery address may be asked to sign for your parcel. We cannot be responsible should another person in your postal address sign on your behalf or be responsible for parcels that go missing once they are signed.
For UK Deliveries sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery your order can be delivered anytime in the morning up to 1am. A signature will be required upon receipt. If there is nobody around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card telling you how you can pick it up. You can locate your parcel at anytime by going to www.royalmail.com. Also note that under the Terms & Conditions of Royal Mail Special Delivery, anyone at the postal delivery address may sign for your parcel. We cannot be responsible for parcels that go missing once they are signed for.
DOCUMENTS - SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES
Our shopping cart has options for you to set up different addresses, such as a billing address and a shipping address. It's important to note that we send all documentation with the parcel. We do this so that the parcel has a smooth journey through the freighting and customs clearance process. It isn't possible to send products without these documents, sorry.
INSURANCE AND DISCLAIMER
KitmanUK and its carriers are responsible for your goods during the time that they are in transit until they are delivered to your address. A signature is always required for any item delivered, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you. Evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by KitmanUK, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Any package that is returned by Royal Mail or our chosen courier company to Intrepid Apparel due to the following reasons: 'wrong' or 'incomplete' address (it is the customers responsibility to ensure a full valid address is entered); several attempts of delivery; item not picked up from specified address on calling card; new specified address by yourself, then item can be re-delivered but you must be re-charged for delivery costs.
KitmanUK is not responsible for any delays caused by bad weather, air or postal strikes, or by destination customs clearance processes.
All KitmanUK products are warranted to the original owner against faulty materials or work personship for 28 days from the date of purchase. We repair or replace at our discretion. This warranty in no way limits your protection under relevant consumer protection legislation.
If you have a warranty enquiry please pack up the product, include full contact details, a description of the problem and proof of purchase if available, and return it to us directly. The returned product will have to be scrupulously, meticulously and immaculately clean otherwise our staff will not touch them, and we'll have to send them back to you. We will assess the product, determine if it is a warranty issue and either perform the repair, send a replacement or contact you to discuss further options.
If what you received from us is not what you expected or does not fit, send it back to us, unworn and unwashed in a saleable condition in the original packaging with all of the original tags and labels still attached within 28 days and we'll either refund or exchange depending on what you want to do (Please note we cannot exchange or refund goods once personalised). Freight and delivery of returns back to us is your responsibility but we'll cover the cost of sending out a replacement. This returns policy applies only to online sales and only to the person who paid for the goods. We'd suggest using track and trace courier when returning goods to us for your security, as we cannot be responsible for returns that go missing. You must email us and let us know prior to returning product. Note that unnecessary freight is costly both financially and environmentally so please choose carefully.
