Deliveries & Collections
Due to the whole worlds situation at the moment, we are experiencing extreme delays with many products. We would appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
Should there be any delay with your order, we will try our absolute best to keep you updated as much as we can.
All orders placed before 12 noon will dispatched the same day on a Next Day Delivery Service (for all products 'in stock')*
For all school uniform orders (in stock products) are sent out within 1-2 working days and for 'Available to back-order' uniform, will be sent out within 7-10 working days.
As all of the club shops have different products/brands, they will have different turnaround times but we do endeavour to do all orders as quickly as possible. Please head over to your club shop for the turnaround times on your order.
Deliveries will be made on Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and weekends). On some occasions it can take longer due to certain circumstances. We will do our best to keep you updated with any delays.
Your order will be dispatched with our chosen courier/postal service.
For UK deliveries sent via our chosen courier company the goods will be delivered between the hours of 6am to 6pm. The courier company will require a signature upon receipt. If there is nobody to take delivery of your parcel you will be left a calling card, where it is then your responsibility to rearrange a delivery, unless they find a safe place or deliver it to your neighbor. you cannot change to a new delivery address without our permission as our courier company will ask us for approval. So it's advisable to have your goods sent to your work place, which you can do so at the checkout where you have an option to add an alternative delivery address.
We only deliver to the postal delivery address you have entered on your order, we cannot leave goods in other locations outside the address including porches, sheds, garages or hidden in any other locations. If you decide to amend the delivery location once you have received a confirmation email or text from our chosen courier company it is then your responsibility if the item goes missing. We are only responsible for goods signed for by a person at the postal delivery address. Please be advised that anyone at your postal delivery address may be asked to sign for your parcel. We cannot be responsible should another person in your postal address sign on your behalf or be responsible for parcels that go missing once they are signed.
You can collect your order any time during our opening hours.
Orders for collection will be held for 4 weeks. If your order has not been collected after 4 weeks, your order will be donated to our chosen charity.
Any Discrepancies have to be notified within 7 days.
